[Late] 2PM and Wonder Girls fanaccount/backstory that I never got around to doing.

Let’s bring this back a couple of months. So one night, as any other night, I was on my laptop talking to friends on Facebook and at the same time on Allkpop. Nothing special was going on that day, just an ordinary day, until I refreshed the page and saw in big letters on my screen, “Wonder Girls are going on tour, confirm American album release date!” I was like whatever, another concert in Korea that I’m not going to, but I clicked on it anyways. Started reading and the next thing I knew I was screaming like crazy. I quickly got onto Facebook chat and told my friend, we both freaked out together. It was so amazing, right there in front of me it said Houston. They were actually coming to my city! What was even better was that it said 2PM and 2AM were gonna be their opening act. It turns out 2AM wouldn’t be going to my city, but 2PM was!
Couple weeks to months later, we were sitting after school after continuously talking about buying VIP tickets, costing us $150 by the way. Then one of our friends over heard me and my friend spazzing out about it, and told us the presale already started. We freaked. We got home as fast as we could, and bought the tickets right there without even asking our parents for their permission. We were just scared they’d be sold out by that time.
Like a week before the show, I went online to check out how the ticket sales were going, good thing we rushed to buy VIP because when I went on again all the VIPs were gone. We went to a friend’s house to gather and get ready for the concert happening in a day. We made shirts in purple, pink, white, metallic blue, and they were amazing. The front said “Wonder Girls” and on the front, bottom corner, it said “So Hot” like their song. On the back was “What time is it?…2PM!” and the bottom said,” Only You” like their song. We also printed out pictures in case they were signing stuff.
Day of the concert I woke up super early, I couldn’t even sleep the night before. I had to shower and put on the outfit I had chosen the night before. Then I went to my parent’s business where my friend was meeting me. We hung out there for awhile, then was forced to go eat by my parents. So after forcing ourselves to eat, we were on our way to the House of Blues. Oh, by the way, the only bad thing about that day was my friend got food poisoning the night before, sucks. So we arrived and we went to where the music hall was and saw a huge line. We were upset until we realized that was the regular line, we had to go upstairs for the VIP line. Thankfully it was much shorter and actually had shade. We waited for like three hours in the Texas heat until they told us it was about time to enter and meet them. One by one, the people in front of us walked in. And one by one, I could hear their fangirl screams. Now I was seriously spazzing, chanting “Nichkhun, Nuchkhun, Nichkhun” over and over again. When i finally got into the building, I saw two blocked off areas for 2PM and the Wonder Girls. While waiting in line to meet the Wonder Girls, I looked over to 2PM’s area. And I saw Nichkhun and some other member, who’s face I couldn’t see, fall away from behind the curtain. And I just flat out screamed, I was the only one who saw them. By then I was freaking out. Then we met the Wonder Girls, the first one I saw was Lim, they were so tall but probably from their heels. They looked like Barbie dolls, they looked flawless and amazing. We took pictures, me and my friend. My friend hugged Sohee. I planned on hugging Yubin, but my the time I got there my brain was mush. I couldn’t say a word. Before leaving I looked a Yenny, and she was looking at me. We had this awkward moment where I wanted to hug her, she knew I wanted to hug her, but I was too shocked and nervous so I just walked away. Stupidest moment of my life. Yenny was right there waiting for me to hug her and I chickened out. Next we went back to the line, this time for 2PM. I was like saying, ” OMG it’s 2PM” over and over again. Then we were next. We walked in and the first one I saw was Wooyoung. I couldn’t even look them in the face, I was too shocked. Then I looked up, they were so tall. I went to stand by Khun for the picture and my friend by Taec. After the picture, Taec said, “Enjoy the show” to us. And at that point I was staring at Khun. Then to my surprise he was looking back at me right into my eyes. So I hugged him, his abs were like freakin rock hard, he felt so amazing. And as I was being dragged away by my friend Khun was still looking into my eyes. As I was about to leave, he even leaned forward and away from the other member to look at me. So after we left the area, we were given our tour gifts by the staff and we ran screaming out of the concert building and back outside to wait for the concert to begin. As we rushed out those doors, we were screaming our lungs out. It was like a dream. After awhile we were let back in for the show. We rushed in, the VIPs were allowed in first. Me and my friends chose balcony seats because they were too short to stand in front of the stage and one was pretty sick. We got front row balcony seats and I was like in the direct middle, awesome. They started off with Without You, then I Hate You, Heartbeat, Again & Again, and ended with 10 out of 10. Everything was amazing, I was like dying. Wooyoung even started speaking Korean to the audience, and Taec told us we were the first audience to actually sing along with them. I was in heaven. By that point my throat was killing me because of all those “NICHKHUN!!”s coming out of my mouth. Then it was time for the Wonder Girls. They performed their solos, Saying I Love You, a remixed Nobody, So Hot, they showed their 2 Different Tears MV, then performed it. The last stage I believe was Tell Me. This one received the most screams. Then it was the end. Or so we thought until the screens showed to words “Are you ready for more?” then they kept saying stuff like “we can’t hear you” or “louder.” I was screaming as loudly as I could, then the Wonder Girls came out in their Nobody outfits and sang the song while teaching us to steps. It was amazing, but sadly that was the end.
After the concert, me and my one friend stayed behind together while the others left. We were like high on life, nothing could bring us down. Finally we went back downstairs and got in line to buy Wonder Girls merchandise. I bought a glow stick and a tour shirt, XL because that was all they had left. We were finally kicked out of the music hall, and as we were leaving, we took pictures outside of the two of use. We changed into our tour shirts, and waited for my parents to pick us up. We couldn’t even talk on the way home, we were just so speechless. We didn’t speak, but we both knew what the other was thinking. I got home, uploaded all my pictures and videos to Facebook. And we proudly uploaded out pictures with 2PM or the Wonder Girls as you profile pictures. Everything was perfect….and ‘til this day, my parents still believe I bought the $35 tickets.
